Will ACG ever allow transactions through VPNs?
We continuously evaluate our fraud controls. For now, blocking anonymized VPN traffic remains an important layer of protection against carding attacks.
Is my payment information at risk because of this block?
No. The block is a preventive measure — it stops suspicious traffic before a transaction is processed. No payment data is exposed by the block itself.
I'm not using a VPN, but my transaction is still being blocked. What should I do?
Some corporate networks, privacy browsers, or proxy services may route traffic through anonymized IPs without your knowledge. Try connecting from a different network (such as a mobile hotspot) or contact membership@acg.org for assistance.
